HOW DO I BOOK A TAXI?

Booking a taxi with us couldn’t be easier. Simply enter your journey details and submit to us, and one of our dedicated team members will email or call you back to confirm the booking giving you a unique reference number. You could also just call to make a booking on 01932901901.

WHAT AIRPORTS DO YOU PICK-UP AND DROP OFF AT?

We transfer to all major airports throughout the UK offering the highest quality and on time service. Please remember to mention how many passengers and if you have any luggage so they dispatch the appropriate vehicle to pick you up or drop you off. Airports pick-ups usually have a small surcharge e.g £5 and a meet and greet service can be provided.

DO YOU OPERATE A FIXED PRICE POLICY?

Price quoted online is the price you pay. With the exceptions of excess waiting times, road tolls and congestion charges or bespoke requirements e.g excess luggage, pets, child seats etc

I CAN'T FIND MY TAXI DRIVER?

There may be rare instances whereby your taxi is running late due to unforeseen circumstances. You should contact the taxi firm directly.

WAITING TIME

The price paid allows for up to 45 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. Car parking fees are to be paid to the driver on the day and he will supply you with a receipt.

ARE WE FULLY LICENSED?

All our drivers are fully licensed by our local borough council following all their required rules and regulations

ROAD TOLLS

Depending on the preferred route you may need to pay the driver for any road tolls. Please call for further information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS CANCELLED?

Inform us by phone or e-mail as soon as you hear and we’ll ensure that a driver is not dispatched. We reserve your taxi order for 24 hours at no extra cost.

CONGESTION CHARGE

Depending on the day and time of your journey you may be required to pay a congestion charge. Please call for further information

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Please let us know as soon as possible via the contact number given in the email and on our web site.

DO YOU OFFER A VARIETY OF VEHICLES?

Yes we do. We are able to send out mini cabs, executive cabs, and limousines, MPVs, people carriers plus many more. Please see our Fleet page for more detail or speak to the person on the phone when they confirm your booking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY FLIGHT?

Inform us immediately and our friendly staff will help deal with the issue.

PAYMENT'S ACCEPTED

Payment is made directly to driver for all cash bookings, however if you prefer to pay by card then please call on 01932901901 and speak to one of our team members

HOW DO I SET UP A BUSINESS/CORPORATE ACCOUNT?

Please contact us with your requirements using the Business Accounts page. You will receive priority booking status and preferential prices as well as itemised invoices.

CAN I BOOK A TAXI IN ADVANCE?

Yes you can book a taxi in advance and one of our dedicated team members will provide you with a relevant booking reference number. Please note that a minimum of 1 hour notice may be required depending where you need picking up from.

BOOKING FROM ABROAD?

We know many of you are planning trips or holidays to London or UK from all over the world. Our minicab offices will certainly look after you and provide you the best service. You can use the online booking facility for a quick quote and booking. Remember you will need cash in pounds £- sterling given direct to the driver. Enjoy your stay!

DO I GET A RECEIPT?

We send you a booking confirmation of your taxi directly to your e-mail. If you require an actual receipt the cab driver or firm can supply you this, once payment has been made. Simply request it at the time of payment.
